are set to kick in tomorrow. president barack obama and congressional leaders are scheduled to meet tomorrow the day of the deadline. this is a self created crisis in washington, these automatic cuts were put into the dead still in negotiations and it gave lawmakers more than a year off to, with better cuts. off to replace these across the board it would be of course congress would have to be unable to add. the irony here is that because the economy is improving the u.s. government actually already has an additional $84 billion in revenue so far this year. the federal budget is still 1.3 trillion dollars short this automatic cuts could affect california. with a projected loss of $10 billion in federal funds. >> police are asking the public for their help in finding an 11 year-old foster child who went missing monday morning after being dropped off at an elementary school in san leandro. myles oliverez was dropped off at madison elementary school on juniper street. he never returned to his foster home at the end of the school day. michelle oliverez does not have a known address b
